I work with MIT Group in South Africa, which manufactures metallurgical and laboratory equipment, including sample preparation systems, fire assay equipment, XRF and AAS analytical instruments, and turnkey container laboratory solutions. Remote Alaskan operations like Pogo face real costs when samples are sent out for analysis. MIT's container lab is a fully equipped metallurgical laboratory built into a shipping container that can be deployed directly on site. Does the Pogo mine currently have on-site analytical lab capabilities? And is there anything else on the equipment or lab side we could help with?
